We operate on a pre-order model to minimize waste, maintain small-batch craftsmanship, and ensure that each piece is produced responsibly.

Combined Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped only once all items in the order are ready.
This policy reduces packaging waste and limits the environmental impact associated with multiple shipments. As our waterproof labels contain a thin plastic layer, shipping fewer packages helps reduce our overall plastic usage.
Customers may request separate shipments by contacting us, but combined shipping remains our sustainability-first default.

II. Shipping Methods

Domestic in Vietnam
We ship domestically using carriers depending on the purchasing platform:

A Deity ships globally and does not restrict shipping to any country.
Delivery estimates may vary due to carrier capacity, local customs procedures, or force majeure events.

V. Tracking Information

All shipments include comprehensive tracking.
Tracking details are automatically sent via email and SMS once the order is dispatched.
This allows customers to follow the delivery process in real time from warehouse to doorstep.​

VI. Customs, Duties, Taxes for International Orders
​
International recipients are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance fees imposed by their local authorities.
A Deity has no control over these charges, and customs delays may extend delivery times. These delays do not qualify for shipping refunds, as they are determined by government agencies.​

VII. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Responsibility After Dispatch
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, liability for loss or theft transfers to the customer. This is a standard practice in international and domestic shipping.
Replacements
A Deity may offer replacements for damaged items only when video proof is provided at the time of opening. This helps us verify damage and process a claim with the carrier.​
Refunds for Delays
Shipping fees may be refunded if:

The delay is not caused by the customer or customs
This ensures fairness while acknowledging external factors beyond operational control.

VIII. Address Accuracy, Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete:

Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is considered in transit and cannot be altered.
We package and prepare shipments promptly; therefore, modification windows are short.

XI. Packaging Sustainability​

A Deity prioritizes low-impact packaging:

All packaging materials are paper-based, predominantly recycled paper.

The only non-paper component is the outer polymer bag, necessary to ensure water resistance, especially during Vietnam’s rainy seasons.

Customers are advised to use sharp tools only on the outer bag to protect the garment inside.
This approach balances sustainability with the practical need to safeguard delicate fabrics during transport.
